 k-20  STAINLESS STEEL PICKLING GEL

Stainless Steel can corrode in service if there is contamination on the surface. Pickling ensures corrosion /inherently Biodegradable. Resistance to stainless steel components & considerably influences shelf life & usefulness. R. A. TECH K20 is safe & easy to use for pickling.

Removes weld scale, black oxide marks & other impurities from stainless steel surfaces.

* Removes discoloration, annealing colors from stainless steel surfaces.

* Gives stainless steel surfaces a protective oxide film layer to resist corrosion.

* Cab be used on vertical & overhead surfaces. it is applied to seams as well as nearby heat affected areas.

* Apply on weld seams & surrounding areas with nylon bristled plastic brush for 10-30 minutes. (temperature 20-40°c).

* Use pressurized water jet spray to clean the weld area thereafter.
